1. General Terms

superbaji is an online sports betting and casino platform designed for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between superbaji ("Platform", "we") and each registered user ("you", "user").

By using the superbaji website, mobile app, or any related service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all superbaji services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, bonus programs, the VIP club, and any future services. Separate rules may apply to specific promotions or tournaments and must be read alongside these main Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. If any difference arises between the two versions, the Bengali version will apply unless otherwise specified.

2. Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to use superbaji services. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and identity document details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• The account is for the sole use of the registered person. Allowing a third party to use the account is prohibited.
• Keeping the account password and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility.

2.2 Verification

superbaji reserves the right to verify accounts and identities at any time. Copies of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Identity

The minimum age to use all superbaji services is 21 years. At registration you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age.

If it is proven that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void. Any deposited funds may not be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on superbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Account details must be entered correctly when making a deposit. superbaji is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Funds linked to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• In the case of any unusual or suspicious transaction, superbaji reserves the right to put the withdrawal on hold while an investigation is carried out.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

superbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• If an active bonus is in place, the original deposited amount also cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• superbaji may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Club

superbaji has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases with each higher level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

6. Betting and Gaming

All betting and gaming activities on superbaji are governed by these Terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless superbaji itself cancels it for technical reasons.
• superbaji reserves the right to cancel or correct bets placed on technical errors, data feed issues, or clearly incorrect odds.
• If an event is abandoned, suspended, or does not conclude within the specified time, the outcome will be determined in accordance with superbaji's rules.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are completely random and no previous result affects any future result.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, that round will be cancelled and the bets for that round will be returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity.
• Strategic betting aimed at exploiting the system to meet bonus requirements.
• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, or automated programs for betting.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Knowingly providing incorrect or false information.

If any activity appears suspicious, superbaji reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate the transactions.

8. Technical Issues

superbaji aims to ensure uninterrupted service, but service may be disrupted in the following circumstances:

• Server maintenance or upgrades.
• Internet connection failure.
• Issues with third-party software providers.
• Unexpected technical errors.

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, superbaji may declare that round void and return the bets. superbaji is not obligated to pay compensation for specific losses caused by technical issues.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us. Any pending bets will be settled before closure and the balance will be sent to you.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by superbaji

superbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Providing false or incorrect identity document information.
• Being proven to be a minor.
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Prolonged inactivity.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming harmful to you, you may request that your account be temporarily or permanently closed. This is an important responsible gaming feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

superbaji is committed to providing as reliable a service as possible. However, superbaji is not responsible for the following:

• Loss caused by the user's own internet connection failure.
• Failure of third-party services or payment gateways.
• Unauthorised account access where the user has left their login details unprotected.
• Service suspension due to legal restrictions or government instructions.

superbaji's total liability shall in no circumstance exceed the amount deposited by the user during the period of the relevant incident.

11. Changes and Amendments

superbaji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be given on the website or app. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the amended Terms.
